Dear Sam, Thank you for your review and i am sorry your gift hasn't arrived. The current situation with the virus has been delaying post in some areas because of Royal Mail staff shortages. “I ordered a birthday box for my granddaughter. The money was taken out of my bank account within two days however the present did not arrive. I e mailed your company and you replied that it would be delivered within the next two to three days. I sent another email yesterday asking for a refund as the present has still not arrived. I did also purchase another present from another company that arrived within two days. I am sorry but I could not recommend your company. I still have not received my refund or a reply to my email.”

Dear Heather. Thank you for your review. I replied to your email 8 minutes after you sent it. This is the only email we have had from you and no request for a refund was made. I am really sorry your gift hasn't arrived yet. The Royal Mail are experiencing delays and we are offering refunds when asked if you do not want to wait for the gift to arrive. When you emailed us before your gift wasn't late yet which is why no refund was given. I am sorry if you think we gave you the impression it would definitely arrive within two days when we wrote the following to you: 'The Royal Mail's first class service takes approximately 1 and 2 working days for deliveries but they are experiencing delays in a lot of areas at the moment' We are all trying as hard as possible during the current situation and our gifts are being sent out as soon as possible. We are also always replying to emails as soon as possible as we know our customers are worried about delays. The majority of gifts are still arriving the next day with the Royal Mail and we are following up on those that are being severely delayed.

“Ordered a couple of gifts whilst I've been unable to get out because of self isolation. Been really pleased with choice of unusual things on the website and how quickly things have been dispatched despite the current challenges with deliveries. Recipients have all been very pleased with what they received. After sending a couple of gifts I was so pleased with both the service and recipients responses to previous gifts that when I needed a gift recently it was one of the first places I looked and it had just what I was looking for.”

“Got the coffee gift package for my Granddad's birthday as he had a new espresso machine from Grandma. He was delighted with everything in the package and I was even delighted to learn that even though Granddad is a coffee connoisseur, he was able to find new uses and facts about coffee that he hadn't previously - very impressive in a gift for a 75 year old with worldly experience! It arrived well in time and I am very grateful to have had such a variety in a pack, saved me shopping around for little bits and instead gave a great gift with endless uses. I've never heard him more happy about a gift from me. Thank you. x”
