“Absolutely brilliant in that arrived in a timely manner and when it arrived it was more than I could have hoped for in that it turned my little gift into something very special in the way Postboxed had packaged it - with a beautiful wrapping - so beautiful and special. Absolutely delighted!!!”

“The order supposed to arrive on chosen date and was ordered in advance. However, it was delivered few days after the birthday of my friend wich was absolutely disappointing. Won't use it again ever!”

Hi Aneta, Thank you for your review! Your order was placed late in the evening and we posted it the following morning First Class with the Royal Mail. I am sorry it took 2 days of the 1-2 day estimate - we can't get the post to go any faster unfortunately. I am sorry that this wasn't clear when you placed the order. I know you say you won't place any orders again with us and I understand, but if you do decide to I would recommend leaving a little longer just in case, as the Royal Mail at the moment is sometimes taking the full 2 days of their estimate. “Beautiful multi-tool keyring for my husband. BUT spent 1.5 hours trying to remove the sticker, that said what the present was, on the beautiful tin box, which had been stuck on SQUINT, which looked rubbish.”

Hi Morag, thank you for your review and order. The 'stocker' on the tin isn't designed to be removed. I agree the tin would probably be more useful and nicer looking without it - I will pass this on to the brand. Best wishes, Liza

“I live in the US and have friends in the UK that I enjoy sending gifts to. I love your company because of the short delivery time, instead of sending overseas. The quality of chocolate is Devine, as my friend enjoyed it so much, she had to go out & find more! Your boxes are reasonably priced which is attractive! I also enjoy picking out socks or an extra item to make my gift even more personalized. The packaging is artful and it makes me feel good to know my gift also helps those with disabilities. Great company and I love that you are so easily reached if I have any questions. Happy customer, Karen”

“Ordered 2 matchbox gifts as stocking fillers, "Grow your own microbrewery" and "Grow your own sweetshop". Arrived in 2 days as promised and they are so adorable! Excellent as stocking fillers and totally unique gifts. Very very pleased and will definitely shop here again.”
