“quick response and nicely presented, but bracelet not quite what I expected. photo online slightly misleading as green beads on bracelet smaller than I imagined and not as strong a green ( hoping to match earings green stone )”

“Website does not make it clear that requested delivery date is not guaranteed. You will see from other reviews also that not all packages fit letterboxes. Vague apology when I contacted this company to complain. My parcel was left with a neighbour who was then away for a week. Sadly I would not use again.”

“Paid extra for individual postage for a few different family Christmas presents, however they all came in one box with no individual labelling. Family had to open them all and see what was inside. This was not as agreed.”

“The order, for the dinosaurs box was issued immediately. The recipient absolutely loved it. Amazing products and amazing service. Wish I had discovered this site sooner. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“The items where as discribed and was really pleased with them. Minimal packaging was used so really happy with that. Only reason it's a four star and not five is because I ordered three items and could only create a gift card for one, yet the three products where for three separate people.”

“This was a Christmas present ordered quite late due to being let down from another company, so I wasn't optimistic about it getting there, but it was delivered before the estimated time, and was exactly as I'd hoped. Very pleased, thanks.”

“PostBoxed really took all the stress out of sending gifts home to ireland. There was a good selection of things to choose from and was much better than sending a Christmas hamper - which I’ve done before. Loved how responsive Liza was when I had a couple of queries too, very reassuring. The gifts were well received too. Will be using PostBoxed again!”

“Delighted with my purchase, and the service I received. The original order did not appear but when I contacted Postboxed Liza sent me a replacement immediately, which came in time for Christmas. The sloth spirit animal was for my daughter's cracker present, and she loves it. I was very impressed and would definitely order again.”

“Did not arrive on requested day, not clear on we site that requested day isn’t guaranteed, not put through standard letterbox. Despite it being for postbox, postman left with neighbour who has gone away for xmas, so I will be seeing my friend before she gets the present.”
