“I've used Postboxed 3 times now and I'm soon to make it 4. This has been a godsend for me, I have friends and family in different parts of the country and getting small birthday gifts has always been difficult, to the extent that until recently I've largely given up and started just sending cards. Now using Postboxed I can send something easily. It's also great for new baby presents! Love it!”

“My order had not arrived by 9th. November though it had been despatched on 3rd. Your staff offered to send a replacement which I accepted. However they were not in stock, which meant a delay, so I accepted a refund. You dealt with this professionally but I was understandably disappointed.”

“I ordered an item from postboxed in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day before noon. No extras to pay either. I was very impressed with their customer service and would definately shop with postboxed again. Plus, their discount codes do actually work!”
