Easy to use website, fun products, that did indeed fit through a letter box and was very well received. A site to bookmark as incredibly handy to send thoughtful gifts to friends & family in need of a lift or as a birthday present at any time. The chocolate bars I selected went down really well.

Gift arrived 4 days late for birthday. Which was disappointing. Add on a few days to the guaranteed timescales to be sure of arrival on time.,

Hi, I am sorry your gift arrived late. We sent it out the morning after the order was placed but the Royal Mail are experiencing delays at the moment because of staff shortages. I am sorry if our warnings were not clear enough on the website. The situation is out of our control and whilst the majority of gifts are arriving the morning after they are sent, there are still delays for certain areas. Best wishes, Liza

Contents were risky and what I’d call acquired taste. Dark chocolate which not many people like and my partner did not eat. The idea behind the brand was great and had lovely wrap I will add but I feel a milk chocolate would be less risky. Picasso magnets- very specific taste I feel and they also didn’t appeal to my partner. The meteorite chip was a hit though. Contents priced up online at £16. I feel £23.95 Including postage was steep for what you actually receive. The paper wrap inside was pretty but feminine.

Hi Louise, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed with the mystery box. We try hard to make the contents appeal to everyone that buys them and that is difficult. The idea of using milk chocolate rather than dark is a good idea, thank you! I think you must have made a mistake when adding the prices of the contents. The individual contents were priced online at £27.44 together and with postage that comes to £31.39 for a £20 mystery gift box (plus postage). I hope that at least the surprise was worth it! If you have any preferences if you order a mystery box next time just let us know in the notes section and we will try to accommodate them as much as we can. best wishes, Liza

Products were cute & well received. A little pricey, but I was prepared to pay that as it was a gift for a special occasion. Unfortunately even though I ordered it a week and a half before said special occasion it did not arrive on time, so a little disappointed.

Love this website. Such a great idea. Being able to send little gifts via post. Has helped me a lot during lockdown and I know I will be using the service more. The gifts are reasonably priced and a really lovely range.

Ordered a birthday gift for a friend on 30th June, thought that giving a specific delivery date would be fine and they would dispatch in time. Order was dispatched on 3rd July to be delivered on the 7th - the order still hasn't been received! I have sent an enquiry to the company and got the following response "The Royal Mail estimates normal first class deliveries to take 1-2 working days but because of the current situation there have been delays in a lot of parts of the UK, as warned on our website. The gift is not sent tracked as it will arrive with the normal post and will be delivered through the letterbox. The Royal Mail have assured us that even if things are delayed the post is not lost and will reach its destination." I understand that things may be delayed at the moment but its been 3 weeks since I ordered it and 2 weeks since they dispatched it! Won't be chancing this again.

Hi Michaela, Thank you for your review and I am sorry your gift still hasn't arrived. We sent that email to you over a week ago and had no idea your gift still hasn't arrived. If we had known then we would certainly have offered to send a replacement or give you a refund. It is very rare for this to happen when using the Royal Mail but delays for a very small number of areas in the UK are still occurring because of the current situation. I will email this reply to you as well so you can let me know if you would like a refund or a resend. My apologies again! Liza

My friend in France still hasn't received these gifts so I am not happy at all with your service I'm afraid. Perhaps you could tell me what's happened to them ? They were quite expensive

Hi Laura, Thank you for your review and order. I am sorry it hasn't arrived yet. Your order was sent out with the Royal Mail's International Standard service. The Royal Mail estimates normal international standard deliveries to take 3-5 working days but because of the current situation there have been delays in a lot of parts of Europe, as warned on our website. The gift is not sent tracked and it will arrive with the normal post and will be delivered through the letterbox. I Sent some dark chocolate to thank a friend, just for being a good friend really. She sent me a photo of the beautiful packaging, very artistic indeed and said the chocolate was delicious.
