“Purchase a matchbox gift for a friend as a veer her up gift. Website and ordering straightforward. Did state tracking available and I would be notified when delivered. That did not happen”

“What a charming idea. My sisters both loved their boxes, and the quiantness of the delivery. Living on a budget, I was thrilled this affordable gift was so delightful and made my loved ones smile. The items within were in pretty bags and my sister is putting her pearl in her printer's tray. My family is thrilled and that's what I was going for. Also, corresponding with Liza was a breeze. Thank you so much for a very sweet experience.”

“Really easy to use, the recipient of the gift had their item delivered on the day of their birthday. I liked that some of the items were linked to charity too. Would happily use Postboxed again!”

“Didn’t dispatch next day Didn’t arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Still hasn’t arrived 12 working days later. Won’t respond to emails. Shocking! Do not make bold claims you cannot keep Mr & Mrs postboxed. Certainly not hassle free!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I've only used the site twice but will certainly be using it again as there is lots of choice and lots of unusual items. I am particularly impressed with the customer service as I had a problem with the postage of my last parcel - nothing to do with postboxed as it was a scam to do with Royal Mail - and I let the site know what happened. Within one day I had a reply from Liza Mirelman explaining about their security systems etc which was very reassuring.”

“Ordered the birthday box for my partner. It arrived on time in perfect condition, well packed. All products were of a high quality, especially the Lauden Mixed Luxury Chocolate Box. Loved the ethos of Arthouse unlimited, great product and beautiful artwork. The musical box was a nice fun touch. Really pleased with this purchase.”
