“I really like the range of products you offer as you can find something a bit different which is nice. I also didn't have to worry about my friend's birthday present being left on the door step. However, the reason I have given a rating of acceptable is because the parcel arrived a day late. I specifically asked for it to be delivered on the 06/10/17, which was my friend's birthday. It unfortunately arrived the next day.”

“My Son loved his solar night light gift, it was a gift while I am staying away from home recovering from treatment. Royal Mail unfortunatly spoilt the surprise as they refused to post it through the letter box even though our letter box is big enough and it said on packaging, they instead took it to the depot. Somewhere where my child cant go alone to collect. I then had to arrange for someone to go and collect it seperatly. The point of the surprise and ease of the gift was lost but the contents he enjoyed eventually.”
