“I've used Postboxed a couple of times and I'm always happy. I haven't actually seen any of the items I've ordered but friends are always really chuffed. I'm happy with the value for money, the range of different options and the efficient service. No complaints from me.”

Hi Ann, I am sorry your gift took exactly a week to arrive. Some gifts to EU countries are sometimes taking longer than estimated as warned on our website - I can see from the tracking that yours took 7 days which is actual in the estimate of 5 working days as unfortunaley the weekend isn't considered a wroking day. The postage option you selected is as follows: 'International Tracked (3-5 working days, no customs fees, delays currently occurring) '. I am sorry if you didn't notice the 'delays currently occuring' part of it. We should make this as a pop-up but are having difficulty implementing it! I hope the recipient liked their gift despite it arriving later than expected. Best wishes, Liza

“The quality of the t shirt is excellent and the packaging was delightful. Could easily give this as a gift you didn't need to wrap yourself and the recipient would be very pleased. Some smaller children's sizes would be appreciated but this is a minor thing. Excellent.”

Hi Michelle, thank you for your review! I am sorry your gift took so long to arrive - there have been delays in some areas because of staff shortages but it is unusual now.
