Dear Guy, Thank you for your review. We do not send out any notifications or bills to recipients unless it is requested in email by the sender. Notifications are only ever sent by email to the sender's email address used when buying the gift. Please let me know if this wasn't the case with your order and we can find out what has gone wrong. “Easy way to send a gift to friends at a distance. Nice to be able to send something other than flowers or food, and no problem if the recipient is not in when the gift is delivered.”

“I put a lot of time and thought into writing the note to be included with the item. It arrived with no note and no other way to identify the sender. This caused a lot of confusion, not to mention the frustration at losing the note I'd spent time writing! The text didn't even appear on my order confirmation so there was no way to send it separately after the fact. If your website is not able to reliably post the entire present, including the note, you shouldn't offer it as a service. The parcel also arrived after the estimated delivery time so overall, the present itself (which is made by a separate company anyway), was the only satisfactory part.”
