“My friend in France still hasn't received these gifts so I am not happy at all with your service I'm afraid. Perhaps you could tell me what's happened to them ? They were quite expensive”

Hi Laura, Thank you for your review and order. I am sorry it hasn't arrived yet. Your order was sent out with the Royal Mail's International Standard service. The Royal Mail estimates normal international standard deliveries to take 3-5 working days but because of the current situation there have been delays in a lot of parts of Europe, as warned on our website. The gift is not sent tracked and it will arrive with the normal post and will be delivered through the letterbox. The Royal Mail have assured us that even if things are delayed the post is not lost and will reach its destination. Best wishes, Liza
