“Please make sure you check the message you write is still on the order when it comes to payment.In small writing says that if you leave without checking the message Might not be on there. That’s what apparently happened to mine even though I did check it. So disappointed that my Grandchildren didn’t get to read who the gift was from. Completely spoilt the surprise. Was told there was nothing they could do about it.”

Hi, we replied to your query by email offering to re-send the gift or give you a refund but never had a reply from you. Now your gift has been returned to us by the Royal Mail as nobody at the address you gave has the name given by you. We have offered to re-send the gift to the correct address and are waiting for your reply.

“Amazing service, sent to my sister who was in hospital at the time and accidently put my address in rather than delivery address, this was sorted out for me almost immediately and caused no hold up in delivery, Thank you!”
