“Very easy to select and order and was delivered very quickly. It was a gift and friend said it was beautifully wrapped. Only downside is that I didn't have the opportunity to complete a gift card so recipient didn't know it was from me!”

“Living overseas and gifting to the UK is a bit of a challenge, so finding POSTBOXED made life much easier! The website has a lovely, simple but smart list of gift options and when friends and family receive their gorgeous presents, they are always over the moon!! Dear Joy, Thank you for your email and I am sorry your gift hasn't arrived yet. It was placed on the 18th so couldn't be sent out until after the Easter holiday (as there is no post) on the 23rd. A shipping confirmation would have been sent to you. Gifts delivered to Austria are estimated to take 3 to 5 working days which only brings us to yesterday. I am sorry it has taken a little later than estimated and today, like in most of Europe, is also a public holiday so there will be no post. Is it ok to wait until tomorrow and see if it arrives then? Then it would only be one day late. Best wishes, Liza
