“Very easy website to use. Items arrived quickly and well packaged, the note was nice. The cocktail tea towel is BRILLIANT - not just good recipes but the key to the symbols and the little bits at the bottom about how to make e.g. syrups is lovely. The dirty blonde chocolate was the only thing that let it down as it tasted quite bland. Would definitely send a postable present using this site again. Thank you!”

Thanks for your feedback John. I think you might be getting this order mixed up with another one as it has been exactly 1 week since you placed your order. it was placed on May the 4th and was dispatched with the Royal Mail on the same day using their International Standard service, as paid for, and a confirmation email of dispatch was sent the same day. The delivery is from here in the UK to an address in the United States, so I am not surprised that it hasn't arrived yet. Please let me know if it still isn't there by the end of the week and I can chase it up for you. With regards to the fair to high price, the pocket square you ordered is handmade by a trained tailer from 100% silk - we think it is a fantastic item. If you think it is not worth the price once you see it we would be happy for you to send it back to us and then we can give you a full refund.

“A really good idea - gifts by post with no worries about the recipient being in when your gift arrives. Great service (they noticed I hadn't completed a message and emailed to ask if I wanted to add one) and it was delivered really quickly.”

“The website was easy to use and the gift that I selected was a scarf for my sister's birthday. She was really pleased with it, not only the quality but the wrapping and presentation which she said were excellent. I shall certainly use Postboxed again and it was so useful not having to worry about delivery as the gift fitted through the post box!”
