“I ordered 2 silent night music matchboxes. They were packaged beautifully and arrived very quickly. They are Christmas stocking fillers for my youngest son and my sister who will both love these gifts! The quality is good and they are priced well. Thank you :)”

“My friend was thrilled with her gift but after checking all the packaging had no idea who it was from. After a few days I had to call and ask if she had received her gift which was a bit awkward. I'm sure it was just a mistake but wanted you to know. I'm so pleased to find you and will certainly be back. Knowing your gift is going through the letter box is much easier than worrying the recipient might be away etc. Thank you. Brilliant service. Very happy.”

“Hello! I'm not happy to write a bad review and before doing so I tried repetitively to contact customer service. I am very disappointed that a package I sent more than a week ago to Italy has not been delivered yet and there is no way to contact customer service to have some news about the status of the delivery. Very annoying and unfair. Sorry to say!!!”

Hi Francesca, I am really sorry to hear this. As you can probably see from our other reviews we respond to any customer queries immediately and cannot work out how yours has slipped through and apologise that we missed you - you are right that this is annoying and unfair. Your gift was sent out to Italy on the 24th and The Royal Mail estimates that it takes between 3 and 5 working days to reach its destination. The Royal Mail pass it on to local delivery services that are out of their control and sometimes this means that it takes a few more days than estimated. “My order did not arrive yet. Perhaps if you ship tracked I could investigate where my package got stuck. In this situation, I can only hope that my fully paid order will arrive one day. At least I got a fast response from your customer service that deserves a star. Thank you”

“Used Postboxed to send a small birthday present to a friend. The service was easy to use and there was a good selection of gifts to choose from at the price range I had in mind. My friend was delighted that I'd thought of her. More affordable than flowers and more thoughtful than a text or vouchers. I'll be using Postboxed again soon and have already their service recommended to a friend.”

“Last minute panic buy as I'd forgot my best friends daughters 3rd birthday. I am so impressed with the quality of the items, the packaging & their delivery. The gifts made me look good & made it look like I'd put a lot of thought into them. I would definitely recommend Postboxed & use them again.”
