“Royal Mail couldn't find the flat address twice which was odd. Also never got sent a tracking email for 2nd attempt. When I contacted help team, Liza, she was helpful and responded fast but then stopped replying to my emails. Week later her last email the package was delivered to my home address so I have to give/deliver my gift personally.”

“This service has been a lifeline while I was confined to the house! I did struggle a bit to sort my address from the recipients' addresses, but I've mastered that now. And the gifts have been appreciated!”

“Thank you, the order I placed was received by the recipient within a couple of days, which was perfect. The person I bought the gifts for loved all the items and was so pleased and surprised with the presentation. In particular the wrapping paper was beautiful, and such lovely quality. It was sent as a surprise get well gift and was very much appreciated.”

“A lovely selection of gifts and when we received one it was beautifully packaged and fully recyclable. It would be good if there were a few cheaper sweetie options to add to your parcel as well. My only gripe is that the postage was quite high. I suspect this is to cover the lovely packaging which is ok except it says it’s free and we know that Royal Mail on small items doesn’t cost £3.95. Other than that I think it’s a lovely idea and I was very pleased with it.”

“I ordered the letterbox birthday gift for my daughter as I can't see her at the moment. She works so it was important to me that it was posted through the letterbox. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't put it through her letterbox and she had to wait till the weekend after her birthday before picking it up. She really loved the contents - hence my 4 star review - but I am disappointed that a gift advertised as being suitable to be posted through the letterbox was not. I also ordered flowers from a different letterbox company which were delivered just fine.”
