“Postboxed is a revelation for me - with complications and huge costs associated with making up and sending parcels to family working in Berlin, this was a lovely all-in-one solution. Fuss free, lovely products- the birthday gifts were well received.”

“I like the product although smaller than I had imagined. However I am horrified to have been charged nearly £27 carriage for a tiny, lightweight box !! Unacceptable Sylvia Clayden”

“Ordered 2 "matchbox" gifts to be delivered to a friend for her birthday - the gifts were supposed to be delivered internationally to France in 3-5 working days. The website subtly warned about the possibility of delays but not enough emphasis was put on this. Her birthday was on the 7th of November, I ordered on the 3rd - thinking a day or two late wouldn't be too much of an issue. It's now the 18th and the French tracking website is saying the recipient has to travel to a collection point and present id in order to receive it. The tracking website has been down for a few days so it's been difficult to check for updates. I now have to tell my friend that the presents I bought for her birthday that happened weeks ago are at some mystery collection point and she needs to go over there and show id to get them? This whole order including the postage cost me £30, and the two products are very small. I am really not happy with this purchase. I've emailed the company but was not offered any kind of compensation for this. DO NOT USE.”

“Living in Germany it is now a little more complicated sending gifts e.g. parcels home to the UK since Brexit. Therefore I was thrilled when I found this possibility of putting together personal gifts, which are tastefully rapped.”

“I was looking to send a present abroad for my friend’s daughter’s first birthday. It can be difficult to arrange international delivery. The process of effortless and delivery on was on time. Best of all she was delighted with the gift. Would recommend”

“Delivery really was the next day and the gift was well received. The Lauden chocolates were delicious and I can't fault the service at all. I'm sure I will be using Postboxed again and would recommend to anyone!”

“I ordered chocolates for my mum’s Christmas. They arrived quickly in beautiful packaging. However the date on them was 27th December and I had ordered them at the end of October. I would have expected the date to be further away. I contacted postboxed and they said they couldn’t do a return as it was a food item, despite them still being sealed. Very disappointed.”

“Great idea to have something that fits neatly through a letter box and excellent customer service. Though there was a minor problem with my initial order this was quickly and efficiently sorted out and the customer service was excellent. I would definately recommend this company.”
