“Unfortunately I ordered a gift to be shipped to Italy and it never arrived. It wasn't flagged to track international deliveries and the gift has not arrived so the present has been lost.”

“With no time to go shopping but wanting to send a little gift to my niece to say well done I found a little necklace on Postboxed. “A fantastic service for gifting to someone you can’t give their gift in person. A good selection for women, however, a few more items for ‘the older lady’ would be great. I found it tricky to find something for my mother in law. Good quality items however, with good delivery.”

“The box didn't contain a leaflet as advertised on the side of the box. Also the coin was out by a year. I did send a email but no reply. It's a nice idea but wouldn't have bought if it had been in a shop.”
