Dear Claire, Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the note, if you check your order confirmation email you will see that you didn't add a gift note to your order. I noticed this when I saw your order and, realising that the gift was being sent straight to a recipient, emailed you and asked if you would like to have a gift note added. Unfortunately I didn't receive a reply from you. I have emailed you now just to check our emails are getting through, in case there is something wrong on our end. I am sorry that the gift was delivered early. We just checked and it was shipped from us, First Class with the Royal Mail, on the Friday and you requested it to arrive on the Monday. We worry about Saturday deliveries in some areas but will do some more research into this and be clearer next time. We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, so will go back and have a look at the page where a note can be added and check that the information given is as clear as possible. “What a great idea. I don't have to worry about being in for the post man or collect from the post office because I am out. I am so happy with the gift that I purchased. (Fishermen's multi tool) It arrived very fast. It is for my Husbands Birthday and it was so beautifully wrapped that I could give it to him as it is. I will use you again Thank you”

“Everything apeared to go smoothly. I haven't had an acknowledgment from the recipient. We presume Royal Mail did their job. Recipient may be away or very busy. I assume the package was delivered but have no way of knowing.”

“Very efficient and easy to use service. My nieces aged 6 and 8 were thrilled to receive the House Solar powered night lights. They particularly enjoyed having the prettily wrapped presents arriving addressed to them and coming straight through the letterbox. I will definitely use postboxed again.”

It was posted First Class on the Monday morning so there must have been something wrong with the Royal Mail postage that week, I apologise that it took so long!
