“My 20 something daughter was delighted to receive some delicious chocolate and a few little bits and pieces on her birthday when I couldn’t be with her in person. PostBoxed is a wonderful way to say, ‘I’m thinking about you’. And no need to wait in for the postman. My choices arrived on time, beautifully presented. Will definitely be using this company again.”

Hi Helen, I am sorry your gift was lost in the post. This happens very rarely with the Royal Mail and it upsets us that you are still so disappointed. We offered you a refund or to re-send the gift immediately and you chose a refund. When we realised you were still unhappy I offered to send the gift again free of charge and have had no response. Problems happen with the Royal Mail this time of year but they are very rare and we are working together to improve the service. I am sorry that there wasn't more we could have done for you!
