“Unfortunately even though I paid £10 for postage to make sure it was delivered in 3-5 days, the box took almost 3 weeks to turn up which was a shame. It was a get well soon box so by the time the person got it, they were already better so the gift was a bit redundant. I also wasn’t that impressed by what was in the box when my friend showed me what arrived. It is a nice idea but I don’t think it is worth the money. It was essentially 2 notebooks and a bar of chocolate and a small matchbox with mini flowers in it for £30 (inc del) which I think is overpriced.”

“Beautiful packaging and gorgeous gifts. Perfect to bring a smile to a loved one's face. Plus if they aren't in to receive the gift there is no inconvenience of having to go pick it up from the post office.”

“I’m happy with the service although on receiving the gift my family couldn’t understand the message I’d added to it as I’d used a couple of emoticons and they came out as code! I just thought maybe there could be a clear warning not to use them (but maybe there is already and I hadn’t seen that! )”

“I was happy with the service and items but unfortunately one of the packs of 2 notebooks was separated and not held together like the others, and how they were supposed to be. Luckily I was splitting one pack up so didn't have to ask for a replacement.”
