“Great service. Package arrived on day we requested and recipient was over the moon. She sent photos and it was wrapped beautifully and looked exactly as it did on the website. Would definitely recommend. Great pressie.”

“Postboxed provided an alternative to the usual flowers that are delivered by post. I was disappointed however that there was no notification of when my order would be delivered, or confirmation that it was ever delivered at all.”

“I had ordered a mothers day gift from postboxed for my mother, and the wrong item arrived for her. It was very disappointing, and she was a little confused as to why I bought her a reusable carrier bag for a mothers day present! Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them, replying on a Sunday and explaining the mix-up in my order. I was told to keep the items delivered as an apology, and given the option of having the box I ordered sent or getting a refund (went with the refund as mothers day had already passed). I think I'll stick to flowers next year and would not use postboxed again, but I appreciate that they did everything in their power to make things right.”

“It does what it says on the box! This was the perfect way to get a gift to my mum for Mother's Day as I do not live near her but wanted to ensure she did not miss her delivery. It's the perfect solution to hassle-free present giving.”

“The range of gifts and that your boxes go through letterboxes. I made my own gift selection (great) but, somehow was never prompted to 'write' my greeting card (not great)- thus my gift was posted without one.🙁”

“Was looking for a birthday gift that was a little bit different, googled (as you do!) for a service that could deliver something quickly and hopefully straight through a letter box. Came upon Postboxed which met my criteria exactly. Fabulous variety of items to suit all price ranges and some really quite quirky gifts. Has become my "go to" site for future gifts. Highly recommend.”
