“The book I ordered was a gift. It was delivered on time to the recipient and beautifully presented, including being wrapped in special tissue paper. This was important as I normally take the time to make sure any gifts I give are wrapped with love and care for my friends and family. As I was unable to do this due to COVID-19 I felt the company took on that care for my friends birthday.”

Hi Ruth, Thank you for your email and order. I think you must have confused your order from us with another company as we do not sell fresh flowers of any sort. We did get an order from you and it was definitely in a box that would have been posted through the letterbox. They were also not addressed to you but to a recipient with another female name. “Some really beautiful items all wrapped in a lovely little box. I ordered a box to send to a friend who was feeling low and it really cheered her up. She called me and she was crying tears of joy at how sweet and lovely the gift was x”
