Hi, we replied to your query by email offering to re-send the gift or give you a refund but never had a reply from you. Now your gift has been returned to us by the Royal Mail as nobody at the address you gave has the name given by you. We have offered to re-send the gift to the correct address and are waiting for your reply.

“Amazing service, sent to my sister who was in hospital at the time and accidently put my address in rather than delivery address, this was sorted out for me almost immediately and caused no hold up in delivery, Thank you!”

“Wonderful products the website is confused. More clarity please of whom you intend to send to and the billing address is / who is the payee. I received an email to the recipient even though I was the present giver. But quick replies and discussion to clarify. All good. But the second time I’ve encountered this problem. Very unnerving when you are sending a present and want it to arrive on the allotted day. Which it did.”

Hi, thank you for your review. If you use the gift recipient's name for both the shipping and billing addresses this is the only name we have on record and there is no way of us addressing you by your name if we do not know it. Normally customers put their own name with the billing address as this is what is on their payment card/system. That is why our system assumes that the person purchasing the gift has the name of that on the billing address they give. Our system then addresses all automated emails and updates to that name. So if you would like your name used in correspondence then you need to use your name when placing the order which is what is commonly done. The name used in the shipping address is the name used for the person you are sending/shipping the gift to. We are also happy to change anything manually for you like we did when you emailed us if you find things confusing but I can assure you it is a normal website checkout system that we are using. I am really glad you likes the products we sell and that they arrived on the requested dates. Please let me know if there is anything else I can clarify with regards to names.

“I was very happy when I saw the selection of gift boxes available. Its always hard to find the write gift, harder still when you won't be seeing the person the gift is for, and so finding such a great selection of gifts that will fit through the letterbox is refreshing. Great selection and Great service.”
