“My son loved the hug in a matchbox especially while we’re in lockdown. I ordered it as ‘silly something’ for his birthday. It arrived the day before so no complaints there. Good website, communication and friendliness I highly recommend 4m4nd4”

“My original order didn't reach my friend so I contacted customer service. Liza went above and beyond with responsive emails then resent the gift. I am so grateful as my friend received her gift and she was so happy. I highly recommend PostBoxed for fantastic unique and thoughtful gifts. I will certainly repurchasing many more gifts.”

“I sent a gift of chocolate via Postboxed to a friend who is a front-line worker. It was reassuring to know it would fit through her letter box, as I knew she would be out all day. She was delighted with the gift and said the chocolate was delicious. Thank you.”

“I am very upset as the package was never received by my friend. My friend was very down and had been suffering with Coronavirus. She was all alone and I wanted to cheer her up. She never received the box and I have paid for it too!”

“I sent this gift to an old friend and was surprised not to hear from her to say thankyou. It was so out of character that yesterday I asked if she had received anything. She had received the present but there was nothing to indicate where it had come from. Very disappointing. Wendy Jackson”
