“Very qualitative products, great packaging. However, I would have liked the company to communicate about the strikes that were taking place during Christmas which affected delivery dates. Otherwise great!”

“I ordered small boxes of chocolates for my work team, and they all arrived before the delivery date, and immediately before Christmas at the busiest time, so I was very grateful for that. And I had great feedback from them about the taste of the chocolates as well, so it was all good! Thank you!”

“Unable to review product as it has not been delivered. I appreciate that strikes have made things difficult but I have received almost no communication from the company and now they ask for a review? Not impressed!!!!! Find out where my Christmas gift to my friend has ended up please - and communicate with me!!!”

“What went wrong is I brought a box for £20 and didn't even get £5 worth of TAT I highly recommend GO SOME WHERE ELSE and buy. Complete and utter rubbish. I would ask for refund but I have lost my Invoice.(I have customer Ref 496222/45475.) not that I will see a refund DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY”
