“I received a gift for myself from postboxed and it was lovely, good quality and beautifully wrapped. I then ordered some chocolate for a friend and again it arrived to them beautifully wrapped and the delivery was really quick. I'd look to postboxed for gifts in the future and also recommend to others.”

“One of the attractions of the postboxes gift I liked was the little hug in a box which I expected to be included in the gift box I purchased. When opened however, it was missing. Disappointing as this was the sentiment I wanted for my grandson during the lockdown. The rest of the items were lovely and good quality. Feel a bit shortchanged however.”

“I received a lovely Ted Baker notebook as a birthday gift and I'm now hooked on Potboxed. Recently bought some lovely earrings for a friend and she was delighted with them. Great concept too as you know the recepient will always receive the gift as it will fit through the letterbox. Would highly recommend this company.”

“After I ordered I didn't recieved a shipping email so emailed when the item hadn't shown up. I got immediate responses every time i made contact, and the item was sent out again at no extra cost to me as it seemed it was lost in the post. Really great customer service and gift was very much loved when finally recieved.”

“Sent a lovely gift to a dear friend which was very well received. Contents of the box (little hug in a box) were so thoughtful and well coordinated, it suited her perfectly. Customer service was great too - I forgot to add my name on the gift message and they helped me fix it before it went out.”
