Lovely idea when someone you want to send a wish to is not fond of flowers etc ! My daughter LOVED her hug in a matchbox received after her operation. Unfortunately it was not delivered on the day requested but that was not Postboxed fault, it was just after Christmas so Royal Mail was not at its best

I don’t like to leave negative reviews however on this occasion I have no choice. Terrible service. Ordered before Christmas and the gift package still hasn’t been delivered nearly 3 weeks later! No reply to any chasing emails. Would not recommend at all. Very very disappointed. 12/01/22- And since this review I still haven’t had a single response other than the reply to this. All emails have been sent again, along with follow ups and chasing emails….not one response. Very very disappointed.

Dear Samantha, thank you for your review! I am sorry your gifts are late. We haven't received any emails from you - are you sure you emailed Postboxed? I know sometimes our suppliers get emails intended for us. I have searched through everything using your order number, email, name etc and can't find anything. I ordered stuff Mid December for Christmas Gifts, unfortunately they did not arrive on time, so I emailed them to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. I was delighted to have received a full refund without any hassle or numerous emails. I appreciate that postal delivery this year has been extra stretched because of Covid so I do not hold any blame with the company and because of their efficient customer service care with dealing with my refund, I will definitely be purchasing products from them again.

Ordered on 22/11/21. The order never arrived. I emailed the company on two different email addresses on 7/12 and 9/12 and have not received a reply still. I paid for international shipping plus taxes to PostBoxed, then was contacted by the local courier that more taxes needed paying which was not made clear at all by PostBoxed. It would appear that I’ve been charge double for taxes by the company and courier. In total has cost me over £50 to attempt to send 4 bars of chocolate to my partner. Disappointed in that and the poor customer service, would not recommend this company.

Excellent service. I failed to put name and address of recipient, meaning gift would be sent to me! I emailed company in a panic and had lovely email in reply saying yes of course they could sort it if I sent them correct details. Bearing in mind this was a few days before Christmas I was delighted that the gift arrived for my friend’s birthday on 23 Dec.

Really excellent service. Items were beautifully packaged in an environmentally conscious manner. Good communication and items arrived quickly despite it being just before Christmas. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a few items for work colleagues, each to be sent directly to their home addresses. Order process easy enough, although did have to do separate orders, but no problem there. Chose a delivery date and arrived as expected even during peak christmas period

I like the range of gifts offered, varied and unique. However, delivery was very delayed and expensive. The gift was for my friend but unfortunately, probably due to Christmas time, it didn't get to her until quite a bit later than her birthday. Bit disappointed as the delivery was quite pricey but I guess it can't be helped.
