“Unable to review product as it has not been delivered. I appreciate that strikes have made things difficult but I have received almost no communication from the company and now they ask for a review? Not impressed!!!!! Find out where my Christmas gift to my friend has ended up please - and communicate with me!!!”

“What went wrong is I brought a box for £20 and didn't even get £5 worth of TAT I highly recommend GO SOME WHERE ELSE and buy. Complete and utter rubbish. I would ask for refund but I have lost my Invoice.(I have customer Ref 496222/45475.) not that I will see a refund DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY”

“Unfortunately my gift hasn't been delivered and I ordered it over 2 weeks ago. I know there are problems with Royal Mail but when I tried to contact you for information I haven't received a response so I don't know the status of my order or when it will be delivered.”

“Good Product and Delivery but I DO'N'T find it easy to do it online because the delivery address seems to be to ME when I'm sending it to someone ELSE!!! Always have to be in touch with you again to get it to the intended recipient. PLEASE try to make it easier to differentiate!!!”

“A scarf bought for a friend’s birthday arrived on time and she commented: I have just opened my present! It is lovely, thank you! It is extremely soft and has a shimmer about it, beautifully packaged too! It’s always a risk sending something direct without seeing it but I would use Postboxed again as they seem to do it well!”
