“The flowers ordered were delivered on time and as scheduled. The quality of the blooms however fell way short of the usual post a rose standard and the flowers faded within a week. I have ordered bouquets before and have been pleased with the delivery & quality. Hopefully this is an exception to that usual standard.”

“I was very pleased with the service as I had ordered twice thinking the first one didn't go through. When I emailed to correct this it was sorted in no bother at all, which is very rare nowadays everything seems to take forever. Thank you”

“My only criticism is that you not deliver seven days a week. Flowers arriving two days early or late spoils the gesture of remembering the particular DATE.”

“Purchased the flowers for a friend's birthday and she sent me a photo and they looked very fresh and pretty. I live in the U.S. and my friend in the U.K. so this is an easy gift to send. I also post flowers at Christmas. In fact, if any of the flowers arrive not fresh (which hasn't happened often) you replace them quickly without hassle.”

“The bouquet was beautiful, even better than what it looked like in the picture. However, it was not delivered to my friend's place and she had to collect it from the post office instead. Nonetheless, reasonable price for a lovely arrangement. :)”
