“The rose itself was perfect and packaged beautifully. HOWEVER it was for my mother on what would have been my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. I paid extra to have it delivered on the correct date. My mother was at home, however the postman did not ring the bell or come to the back door and took it back to the sorting office so my mother received it a day late when it was more or less irrelevant. Companies like yours should not use Royal Mail which too easily let you down.”
