“Have always used this company for sending flowers to my relatives in the Isle of Man. They always arrive on time and I get notice the day before to say they are being sent and according to my family the flowers and presentation is really lovely. Will continue to use in figure.”

“on receipt of bouquet I sent roses to a friend Two of mine were headless. I trimmed and soaked them but unfortunately within two days I had to throw them away. I contacted my friend and hers were the same.I made several attempts to e mail the company using the address on information re delivery etc but no emails could be accepted. I hope that these comments are passed on. I”

We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. We offer a 7 day guarantee with all our flowers, but it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies.
