“I ordered the gerberas for my sister-in-law on Friday afternoon. I picked this bunch as they looked so funky and bright, and I wanted to cheer her up. I wanted them delivered quickly, and they arrived the next morning, which was brilliant service. A tracking number was sent to me so that I could check where they were 'en route'. My sister-in-law texted me to advise they had arrived and she was thrilled with them! Prompt service, good quality flowers. I'm hard to please, as I expect high quality at a good price, so if post-a-rose.com keep me happy, they must be good!!! Have used them before and will again.”

“When the flowers arrived my husband was at the house to receive them, when he put them in a vase he said the side of the pionies had black petals, I am a little disappointed as they were for my mother in law who had just come out of hospital.”

Dear Derek, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that the flowers be not meet your expectition. The variety of peonies that we sell are called Sarah Bernhardt, which are a fabulous double peony but they have outer guard petals. As the peony opens these turn to the underside of the flower, leaving a beautiful mass of delicate pink petals. I am sure that as the peonies open, then you recipient will be delighted with them. “Ordering through Post-a-Rose has always been easy whether on-line or by phone. I have also been the recipient of your flowers several times; every time the flowers were lovely. I once inadvertently ordered flowers through a firm with a similar webpage. The results were very unsatisfactory and I'm always very careful now. Pat Bottomley”

“I ordered a Summer bouquet for my wife's birthday and it arrived on time and was well packaged. They were very well presented and my wife was really impressed. However, the flowers began to wilt after 5 days and drop petals on the 6th. Compare this to a much cheaper available from certain supermarkets, which last in excess of 6 days. Excellent delivery and presentation, but poor lifespan.”

We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. We over a 7 day guarantee with all our flowers, but it appears that we have failed on this occasion. “I have used Post a Rose for many years and of course I am satisfied with them. I would be using someone else otherwise. There have been occasions when the flowers I ordered were not up to standard but this was soon rectified. The fact they deliver off Island is a bonus. Delivery is usually good and the flowers are always well packed. The prices are very competitive compared to other online companies. I just wish they did international deliveries as well!”
