“I was verey pleased with the way in which Ashley from Positive Media Promotions Ltd. handled my recent order. He was helpful in helping me sort out the artwork, was quick in providing quotes and even delivered the product a feqw days ahead of time. “I have been very pleased with the service received from Positive Media, my very first order could not have gone any better. The bespoke t-shirts I ordered are fantastic and very well made. “We ordered some magnetic frames pretty last minute for a taster day at our school, after we had been let down by another supplier, and Jeremy and the team were very helpful in getting the order designed, placed and produced in time. The pupils loved them and I was very pleased with the quality.”

“I ordered 3 items from Positive Media Promotions. Generally, I would say that the service from PMP was good. Positives were: Staff friendliness on the phones – Jeremy and Ashley were good, but the initial phone call I made to PMP speaking to someone from Yorkshire (that I wish I’d taken his name) was what made me pursue PMP – he was excellent, and I would encourage you to try find out who it was. The quality of the products is good Delivery was made on time, as specified The negative was that I had to chase PMP for artwork proofs, and with the bookmarks, had to ask for clarification of whether there was an existing border as it wasn’t shown on the original proof.”
