“Jeremy was so helpful and such a joy to speak to. Unfortunately on the couple of occassions that I have contacted james it wasn't something that he was able to assist with (they were ridiculous budget / time frames) but was always positive and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Jeremy more in 2021.”

“I had a great experience ordering the mini terracotta pot plants. I was able to speak directly with an account manager (Jeremy) and an account director (Darren) who were very knowledgeable, approachable and overall super helpful when I needed to make final decisions. The order arrived in a timely manner and just as I specified it. The product is super cute and good quality. I have already recommended Positive Media Promotions Ltd to another colleague looking for products.”

“I phoned the company in a panic thanks to COVID, my daughters share a birthday party and at very short notice everything was being cancelled around them, and I needed party favours. Since the whole thing was having to move to the beach, pocket kites seemed the right choice. Ashley was brilliant, he made sure I was happy throughout, and the service was impeccable. I phoned on the Tuesday, and the kites arrived on the Saturday. The children loved them, and now I have taken some in to work with a view to the university using them - can you imagine how awesome a rainbow of flags will look when we are able to be together again!!”
