“Ashley was a huge help when ordering all of our merch. Ashely was quick to reply to all queries and was extremely helpful. Despite going back and forth with different designs, Ashley was always happy to change the designs and help. Couldn't ask for a better account manager! The merch looks exactly as we wanted. Ashley was such a help and I couldn't ask for a better service!”

“Ashley at PM Promotions honestly couldn't have been any more helpful. He organised a last minute order to be shipped to Guernsey and when it didn't turn up on the anticipated day, did everything to ensure it reached me in time. It's always tricky getting things delivered on time in the Channel Islands so I wasn't 100% sure he would manage it, but manage it he did! Brilliant customer service from the moment of ordering right through to delivery.”

“This is the second order in a row where we have had issues following the last order we placed I was assured there would be no more yet the beakers were delivered and left outside our office address by the delivery driver instead of being delivered to our storage facility as normal. We then had to arrange for this to be collected by our storage facility which was an additional cost. I have been assured the final part of the delivery due on 18/11 will be delivered to the correct place....”
