“Very helpful and responsive service from Darren. Initial order and set of artwork etc was straightforward and re-order also very simple. On the next order Darren arranged speedy postage as I needed the items for a particular date at short notice. After that Darren sends occasional reminders and in fact the timing for the last one was perfect as I was just about to re-order and his email saved me the time of hunting through past messages to find the contact info. Overall I’m very pleased with the service and the product - printed both sides linen tote bags - it’s great quality and very popular with our customers. Thanks”

“The branded t-shirts arrive before the deadline we asked and Jeremy was very helpful with that. Small bumps when requesting the samples and the type of t-shirt however all was on in the end.”

“As missed opportunity for Positive Media. I ordered rain ponchos with our logo for an event. I phoned Jeremy to discuss delivery time as they needed to be with us for the event. I am unsure what went wrong but they did not arrive until after the event. I agreed to return them with your sales manager. They remain awaiting collection.”
