“I'm afraid I was very disappointed with our goods. The items do not fit in their boxes so the boxes are popping open, there are small holes in the wood and our logo is illegible on most of hex key sets that I've opened so far. I have opened about 7 and 1 of those has a rusty allen key in it. I emailed Positive Media Promotions straight away but that was over two days ago and nobody has replied to me.”

“The team was super responsive. I had a request on a very tight deadline and they were willing to take it on (when others weren't) and even delivered it ahead of deadline. The work was accurate and to a high quality - I'd definitely come back to them.”

“First time using the company and found it very easy to do online, communication was very easy and quick response times. I discussed the design I wanted and they were very helpful and made some suggestions and sent some pictures online of what the article would look like. Very friendly and easy to with at a reasonable price would recommend and would use again.”

“Recently ordered some fridge magnets with PMP, the service i received exceeded expectations. I had a very tight deadline and the items were delivered a day early. From my initial inquiry phonecall with Jeremy (where I broke them news of the preferred turnround time (he wasn't phased at all!), to delivery of the branded products was 6 days!
