“The starting stages of the order was efficient and prompt, the help from the designer Ben was fab and really helpful. We made payment with a delivery date the following week. Unfortunately at this stage a regrettable blip occurred which resulted in me chasing dispatch dates. No response was received from the account manager. Eventually a response was had however it resulted in the items arriving a week late. This was not great as we had our own internal production team made of volunteers ready to pack and send the items out which in the event couldn’t happen and resulted in three staff needing to come in on a day off to fulfil our end of our promotion schedule. The bags look good. There are a few (4) duff prints in the first 100. I expect that the company will be helpful in resolving this issue. The blip in production and dispatch was an unfortunate problem to resolve. Our timescales were super tight and communication suggested we could work within that time. I would definitely recommend and use again however the need to build in some extra time would be beneficial.”
