“I was trying to obtain some clip-on shades for my silhouette glasses. I tried numerous Opticians and they did not want to know. Posh Eyes were really helpful from my first phone-call and confirmed that they were able to order this accessory for me.”

Dear Edward, I am sorry that you have yet to receive your glasses frame which was despatched on 7th June. Please could you check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as it is possible that it is being held there awaiting your collection. Please get back to me if your order has not arrived within the next 2-3 working days.

“I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my husband on Friday 26th May and paid for them and some 10 days later they have not been delivered neither have I had any form of communication to let me know what is going on. I have had to chase them via email , not good service at all.”

Dear Claire I am sorry that you are not happy with the service you have received from Posh Eyes. We commit to despatching glasses frames within 7 working days of order, which we highlight both on our website and on the confirmation email sent to customers at the time of order. We would therefore not attempt to make contact until after 7 working days has passed. Customers who set up an account with Posh Eyes can view their order details including order progress. Unfortunately it appears as though you have not yet setup an account with Posh Eyes, although I am happy to arrange this if you wish. Unlike many online retailers, Posh Eyes does not take card payments for orders until goods are despatched and therefore we have not taken payment for your glasses. However payment will be take payment later today as your glasses have now been despatched, within 6 working days of order. Many thanks for your feedback regarding your order. “Brilliant service and quick delivery and fabulous product. Ray Ban optics with official ray ban lenses were gorgeous and totally worth that little bit extra for the lenses. Fabulous service and contact from Julian, highly recommended.”
