“Excellent service, sent my Ray-bans back for a re-glaze which due to my prescription Ray-ban would not supply, Posh Eye contacted me and suggested the best lenses as an alternative. Sunglasses have been return and tried and are perfect.”

“Yeah what can I say really not best pleased with postage service, paid extra for special delivery and read on a confirmation email after I paid it will be sent out 7 days after order was place on non prescription standard sunnies. As a result of that I have missed the delivery.”

Dear Callum, many thanks for taking the time to provide us feedback regarding your sunglasses order. I am really sorry that you have not been happy with the service provided by Posh Eyes. Our Royal Mail Special Delivery service offers both next day delivery from date of despatch, and the comfort that items are covered for loss and damage in transit. We state in our website's T's & C's, on our FAQ's page, and in the confirmation email that it can take up to 7 working days from order placement to despatch for non-prescription spectacles and sunglasses. However, we are always looking to improve, and although your order was despatched within 5 working days of order placement, we will be determining how we can further reduce our order processing time in line with our customers' expectations. “Posh Eyes offer a great service. They helped me to make sure I ordered the correct replacement lens for my Oakley sunglasses and even sent me a youtube video to show me how to change the lenses, which was really helpful and easy. Fast delivery by my requested delivery service too.”

“The service was excellent. I inadvertently pressed the mouse button twice, thus ordering twice the amount I wanted. Within an hour I had a phone call asking me to confirm my order. I received my cleaning solution in two working days. I cannot recommend Posh Eyes highly enough.”

“I needed a set of Silhouette Style Shade clip-ons to replace the broken shades I had used for the previous five years. With a holiday in sunny Devon (not so much sun, more rain as usual..) coming up at the end of the week, I needed to get them sent before we left for the holiday, to use in the car. Julian quickly ordered them from Silhouette's Austrian HQ and sent them to me with a few days to spare - great service, especially when my usual Optician hadn't even heard of the Style Shade clip-ons. Thanks Julian.”
