Very professional service all around. Flat was cleaned 1x a week and fully fitted to high standard. If I had to highlight 1 issue, it was that in the first 2 weeks of our month's stay, we had 4 viewings / visits by landlord and i imagine potential buyers. This is something I wouldnt have expected in a serviced apt.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced at the beginning of your stay in regards to you receiving a high number of Apt. access requests. I do understand the frustration you must have felt and I can only apologise for the fact that you were being disturbed so regularly. We always endeavour to minimise access at our apartments, however unfortunately sometimes these requests are a necessity. In your case, unfortunately the Landlord we are working with is looking at selling this property (sometime in future) hence the increase in requests for viewings. Our guests' wellbeing and comfort are our top priorities, however, as I’m sure you can understand we do need to work with our Landlords as well, as they too are of course our clients. It is key to us that wherever possible we can keep all parties happy; whether our guest, landlord or client. If you would like to discuss this any further please do not hesitate to contact me. The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. The Portland Brown team were responsive and helpful to ensure that I had a great stay. Outstanding service from across the team. I'd highly recommend their services!

Very nice appartments with great location. Good cleaning weekly service and very quite. However, it seems that it is something wrong with the temperature. The rooms are very very warm. Friends who were living in a different floor mentioned the same. You should check it. It is waste of energy and money.

The flat was brand new refurbished when we arrived, and very clean. House cleaning was punctual, regular, and on the agreed day of the week which was the most convenient for me ( Friday ) Emergency contact and e mail contacts were reactive.

Very good, no nonsense service. The apartment was nice and was cleaned regularly. Support, when called for was prompt and useful. I would recommend Portland Brown to others.

Portland Brown made sure to send someone to meet me at the apartment on my arrival day. Additionally, I was well taken care of during my six weeks by the housekeeping staff. They helped me keep my home away from home in ship-shape! I think the best thing was one Friday after a difficult day at work, I came home to my clean apartment, which had the heaters on! On a day where nothing seemed to be going right, coming home to that kind gesture on a cold evening was the best thing that happened all day. Thank you!

The flat was in good conditions. Cleaning services were good as well. Location was really convinient, front door with a DLR station and close to Canary Wharf. My main problem was with the wifi connection. Not suitable if you need to work from the flat. It worked really poorly and after complaining a lot they provided me an EE mobile broadband. However, it run out of charge 3 times and it took some time (a day in one of the times) for the service to be reactivated. Not all the staff answer the same way about the requests and part of them seem not willing to help. Regarding this internet issue, one of the team members told me he could do nothing and that I would have to wait at least 24 hours, despite of the fact that wifi connection is included in the rent fees.

However, I am disappointed that you found our service to be inconsistent regarding the internet connection in your apartment. Although sometimes issues like this are unavoidable it is how we deal with them as a team that counts and I feel we have let you down with this. We class any internet issues as extremely important and you should not have been left without a connection for more than a day or have been made to feel like we didn’t take it seriously. I can only apologise to you and would like to thank you again for raising these points as you have highlighted areas for improvement within the team. Initially Portland Brown was very responsive towards queries and quick to assist but I found that service became slower and poorer towards the middle and end of my stay. Issues were not dealt with satisfactorily and we had to repeatedly report the same things over and over. I was especially disappointed by the fact that nothing was done by Portland Brown following my report that a bag of my shopping had gone missing from my apartment and the only persons who had been there were Portland Brown representatives and housekeeping.

Dear Siviwe, Thank you very much for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am disappointed to hear that you feel our service declined during your stay with Portland Brown as we pride ourselves on looking after our guests. I believe you may have become frustrated at the time it took to repair your washing machine and for this I apologise. Occasionally we need to rely on external contractors to carry out works and it looks as though we were unable to secure an appointment with them in a timely manner and that they couldn’t resolve the issue on their first visit. I take it very seriously that you believe nothing was done about your missing items. All of our team members and external contractors need to have a full Criminal record check and I can see that a full investigation was carried out, in which we formally interviewed every member of staff who had entered your apartment; but we found no wrongdoing. However, I apologise that this was obviously not communicated to you so that you could clearly understand how seriously we were taking the matter.
