My 3 month stay at New Providence Wharf was extremely pleasant. The apartment was great with all required amenities. I particularly found your customer service exceptional- very energetic, happy, helpful and prompt everytime I called. My only suggestion would be to have some forums for engaging with other guests as it helps to build a social network when staying in a new place.Thank you for a great stay.Cheers

We stayed with Portland Brown for nearly 9 months and the service provided by them has been wonderful despite the few hiccups we have. Kudos to the staff from the management, arrival coordinators, housekeeping, guest relations and maintenance for making the stay a pleasant one for us. I hope Portland Brown can continue to uphold their high service standards.

I stayed for two months. Good: 7/24 phone service. I was locked out several times during weekend. Every time you were available to help me on time. Thanks. Bad1: beds were too soft. The mattress must be replaced by firmer one. Bad2: bathroom shower booth was too small (apt 3, 15 Conway St, London) Bad3: the shower tab was hard to turn on and off. Asked to fix it but not done until I left :-(

The apartment was ok but very noisy. we received zillions of courtesy mails but as soon as something needed action there was nothing done.

Dear Fabian, I'm sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your stay. On notification of noise from the apartment above you, we informed the tenants and were under the impression this was resolved as a result, apologies if this was not the case. Looking at other requests made during your stay I can see that these were not always resolved as fast as I would like and expect of the team, this has been raised directly with them. I had moths in my apartment, then mice. For mice, I noticed the customer service, and they could not solve the issue at all. The Relish internet connection was very poor, every week I did not have internet for at least 3 hours. When I called the portland brown, you only said nothing to do except waiting. Nothing was good except the location of the apartment.

Dear Onurcan, Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated and can see that pest control were called and attended immediately the following day and continued to do so, unfortunately this does sometimes take a number of treatments. In addition, I am aware of a fault with your dishwasher, whereby a dishwashing service was offered, however the machine took two weeks to replace entirely. You also note your internet going down, again we apologise, unfortunately when relying on external contractors it does make our job slightly trickier, but we endeavour for this not to affect you, our clients. I apologise as clearly this was not the case and has affected your stay. I do hope we can rectify this for you in the future, should you give us the opportunity. Of course the exceptional service sets the baseline. However the little things make the difference; small notes (from cleaners and with Christmas), small gifts every once in a while. I liked the stay very much. Thank you.

Dear Justin, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am glad that you were able to catch your flight but would like to apologise for the stressful situation we put you in. We need to hold our hands up here and admit that a team member made an error and didn’t dispatch the task to collect your luggage from your apartment on time for your taxi collection. Once we had realised our mistake our only option was to send this in a separate car directly to the airport in order to allow you to catch your flight on time. Leaving impression decidedly guides my thoughts on my overall dissatisfaction with the company. Note my email below. Ivette- Unfortunately that is incorrect. The items were definitely left in the flat. I will ask you to be thorough in your inquiry. The items were inadvertently left behind in the bathroom cabinet and I would expect that your cleaning service and your office staff to act with integrity and return the items or clearly state what they did with them. While these items are considered toiletries, it also included my allergy pills and other medication that I will undoubtedly have to replace via my US doctor and pharmacy as they are not available in the U.K. While you are not responsible for items left behind, you are expected to act with professionalism and integrity. This is disappointing as I would expect more from the Portland Brown brand. Jessica please note my dissatisfaction and recommendation to not use this service going forward. Sincerely, Bisi Daniels

I am disappointed to hear that since checking out you have not been left with a good impression of the company. As you will be aware, a full investigation was carried out by our Chief Operations Manager in respect of your lost property items, unfortunately the only item found on departure was a bottle of cough medicine. We have as discussed offered to replace your medication in order to make up for any inconvenience caused, as we don’t like to hear of anyone leaving us unhappy. Portland Brown is fantastic. They have nice apartments all over London at reasonable prices. They do everything they can to make you feel at home. I mentioned I like down pillows. The next day the bed had two down pillows on it. Bottom line - if you are in London for more than a couple of weeks it is a no brainer - stay with Portland Brown.

Very professional service all around. Flat was cleaned 1x a week and fully fitted to high standard. If I had to highlight 1 issue, it was that in the first 2 weeks of our month's stay, we had 4 viewings / visits by landlord and i imagine potential buyers. This is something I wouldnt have expected in a serviced apt.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced at the beginning of your stay in regards to you receiving a high number of Apt. access requests. I do understand the frustration you must have felt and I can only apologise for the fact that you were being disturbed so regularly. We always endeavour to minimise access at our apartments, however unfortunately sometimes these requests are a necessity. In your case, unfortunately the Landlord we are working with is looking at selling this property (sometime in future) hence the increase in requests for viewings. Our guests' wellbeing and comfort are our top priorities, however, as I’m sure you can understand we do need to work with our Landlords as well, as they too are of course our clients.
