This is our 3rd stay with Portland Brown, always had great experiences. Regarding this stay, the location of the apartment was the best part, couldn’t be better really. And as usual, it had everything we could need for our stay. Having said that, the whole apt but specially the room had a really strong and disgusting smell. Even though we ventilate, it would still come back. The bed is really bad, it is small, bouncy and has no support for the back at all. We really struggled with the bed. The secondary bathroom had strong and strange noises from we believe plumbing even while not using it. This was really annoying since it woke up our baby. Some were really late at night. The rug looked old and dirty, we instantly removed it when we checked in. Lastly, a 4-piece cuttlery is too little for a 3-person stay. Even though we had a great stay and your service is really good, I believe this is valuable feedback since it is specific to this apt, and are things that can be fixed.

Please always let us know at the time of any problems you might be having, as we aim to resolve any issues promptly. Had we known we would have endeavoured to replace the bed asap and certainly investigate any smells or noises within the apartment. It would be great if you have any time to discuss this further, so we can proactively follow-up on the latter. In regards to the rug we are disappointed we didn't pick this up prior to your arrival and we take on your feedback regarding the cutlery. I stumbled across Portland Brown when I was looking for an alternative to hotels when staying on business. Hotel rooms are small, laundry requires a second mortgage, and you ar enever quite by yourself. I have stayed in 3 locations now, 2 of them were new build, and one was a rennovation. Locations are always good, and have good kitchens, laundries & bathrooms: - Westiminster is a new build and offered a great private view of NY fireworks - Marylebone is in a great location, and is a new build - Charlotte Street was a renoo, but surrounded by restaurants & pubs - The review here is for Charlotte street which is good for one person, a touch squeezy for 2 You do need to work with Portland as a business, casual bookings don't work, but that's what makes it all work.

Really i didn’t imagine that i will found the flat so comfortable like its is .. So nice service from the time i tried to book until i leave so stylish clean apartment.. love it and it will not be my last time

Amzing property with all the amenities and close to everything in Canary Wharf. Their guest relationship service was the best. Everytime I needed something, just one email and quick response from them was amazing. Highly recomend anyone looking for short or long term accomodation in London.

My stay at Portland Brown was faultless. The concierge helped me with my luggage and then showed me how everything worked. There was complimentary coffee, snacks and chocolate. The location was perfect, everything in the apartment was immaculate. 10/10 for PB.

Great Costumer Service; however the apartment itself had some challenges. First of all it was extremly warm inside the apartment (even with the heat off) so i had to keep all windows open at all times to allow it to cool down. Being on the second floor i was subject to noise disturbance from my neighbour above even during odd hours which disrupted my sleep multiple times. Both apartment entrance and building entrance doors should have automatic door closer mechanism to avoid slamming and disturbing tenants.

Oxbourne House is a tastefully decorated and conveniently located property, and my stay was wonderful. The check in process is always smooth, and the team was accomodating to a few requests I had that made my experience that much more seamless.

It was a luxurious stay at Westminster Residences. Apartment location, concierge service and were excellent and all the appliances and furniture were in good condition as well.

A beautiful accomodation and great location, only downfall is as the dishwasher didn’t work and did not get repaired during our stay.

The location was convenient and the state of the apartment was good. The check-in procedure was a bit of a hassle, partly due to most of the Portland Brown team being at some company offsite. The apartment keys were sent via a third-party courier, who promptly deposited them at the wrong location; it took a while to sort that out.

Another fantastic stay at a Portland Brown property. They are always clean properties with great service if needed. The weekly cleaning with new towels and linens is especially convenient for a business traveler.
