“The apartment was very tidy and cosy and close to shops,etc. The apartment was too hot, even thought the heating was turned off.”

“I am very happy with the services provided by Portland Brown for my 6-month stay in London: the location (Farringdon Area) is great, the flat is amazing, the staff is very responsive and always available to help out and easy to get hold of. They are doing a great job and making my stay in London really pleasant.”

“The guest services at Portland Brown were up to the mark. The staff including housekeeping were very kind & polite and were always ready to serve up to our needs. I stayed over five months there and always felt like home. My wife and one year old son also joined me for two months there and they were also treated very well. “Portland Brown apartments are extremely comfortable with all amenities and very conveniently located. I was absolutely floored by their hospitality and flexibility. Check-in and check-out is so easy and hassle free its unbelievable. On both my visits to London, I stayed at their apartments and would totally recommend them!”

“The staff at Portland Brown was always very helpful. They checked on me periodically to ensure that things were going well. They went so far as to order special bedding to accomodate my allergies and proivded me with a decorated Chirstmas Tree prior to my family's arrival two days before Christmas.”

“Fantastic property, service and locations. Personal meet and greet is a service rarely seen these days and the general service of Portland Brown, from customer service to cleaning service is of a very high level, and the apartments are extremely well presented.
