“Straightforward ordering process. Goods came quickly and meet expectations. I was actually delighted to find a customised trolley for my oxygen concentrator since it's so heavy and carrying it causes shortness of breath. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the trolley was so pricey, at £150. That will make it unaffordable for some. Also I didn't receive an order acknowledgement for several days which caused a bit of angst. All in all though happy with the quality of goods and service.”

“I bought the Eclipse 5 two years ago and am still over the moon with it. It gives me the option to change the battery, I use it with a 15m tube so that it runs upstairs and into the shower and it is fantastic as I don’t have to have the unit in there with me and my carer, ensuring that I have space to safely be helped in and out and am not going to get the unit wet at all. When it comes to dealing with Intermedical Homecare, I couldn’t fault them. They arranged delivery really quickly, sorted the VAT relief, the delivery driver set it up for me and I had complete confidence in them. As somebody who had only needed oxygen for a few months back then and had never had to purchase anything like this, the company were amazing. They understood my fear regarding running out of power for the concentrator and being stranded without oxygen, they talked through my needs and advised me yet also appreciating that I had done a lot of research and was not an idiot. That’s important to someone who has a failing body but not a failing mind.”

“Excellent advice given when I telephoned, enabled me to make my choice. The online information was comprehensive and easy to understand and the ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was very fast, next day, and I was kept updated regarding when my orders would arrive. The gentlemen I spoke to had a friendly and professional manner. The machine is everything I could have hoped for, it really suits my needs. Very pleased with the service I received.”

“I've been on ambulatory oxygen for years but am lucky enough to still be pretty mobile. You are issued a strong carry bag for your oxygen but I struggle to carry the hefty weight of full cylinders for any length of time. I am thrilled with this trolley, it is robust but not at all heavy. I have taken it shopping and simply put it into the shopping trolley whilst in a supermarket. If you are just out for a walk you hardly know you are pulling it behind you, it has a super non-slip handle, smooth wheels and is just so much easier. Anyone using these standard cylinders will know how unsteady they are and how they can topple over with the slightest knock, usually straight onto your foot! That will never be a problem again and I would recommend this to anyone, especially those who are new to having to carry oxygen, make your life a bit easier and treat yourself to a trolly, you will be very happy you did!”

“Service and equipment good, no problems. However, on totally different subject, my wife filled out the VAT exemption form as I have Chronic COPD and Emphysema. We did get confirmation saying the form had been received but don't know what happens next.”

“Was worried about spending so much money on a concentrator that didn’t work overnight. Fears allayed! Spoke to Lee Denney and what a wonderful, professional gentleman. He was a breath of fresh air! He is also lovely to talk to and made me laugh! Look forward to receiving my unit soon.”

“I purchased a new battery for my inogenOne G5 from these guys. The whole process moved smoothly and was guided throughout by the people I had contact with. I forgot to claim vat refund when purchasing and they were able to help me with this, awaiting the refund as I write. All in all a great company to deal with.”
