Hi Clint Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review We responded to you when you contacted us directly by email within 15 minutes of you contacting us on Thursday ( the quickest way for customers to get a response is to contact us via email ) Unfortunately one of our humans packed your order incorrectly - sincere apologies for this human error, we sent you a replavment order out as soon as we could which as we explained in the email would be saturday as neither courier nor Royal Mail were, operating on the Good Friday bank holiday Again apoogies for this error, very occasionally humans can make a mistake, but we will never replace them with robots , as we love our humans too much !! Thanks for ordering from us and again apologies we made a mistake when packing your order Assured of the best possible service & products at all times The PoppersExpress team

“I received a phone call on Saturday afternoon from the delivery driver attempting to deliver my order. I had had not advance notice. I advised the driver a second attempt would be needed as I was not at home. On Thursday evening when I got home from work I found the poppers just left in the corridor outside my door. Again, I had had no notice of a delivery attempt and they could have been easily stolen. This level of 'service' is unacceptable and appaling.”

Hi Bryan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review We use Mail & Courier to send orders out, the free delivery you chose was by courier YodelDirect automatically email customers on the day of delivery so they know to expect the parcel on that day, I have tested this out myself a couple of times by sending a parcel to myself so that I understand what customers actually get to see - YodelDirect should have emailed you on the day of delivery, could you maybe check your spam/junk email folders to see if there is an email there from them. From what your saying this didn’t happen, it would be helpful if you could check your spam/junk folders, as I want to progress your issue with the courier, so that if you did not receive a notification from them I can try and ensure this does not happen to any other customer, albeit I do think it’s a rarity that this has happened to you, Had we used mail, then there would have been no email notification from them whatsoever unless it was special delivery. On a positive note however ( despite our mutual dissatisfaction at the events you describe ), we sent your order out on Tuesday morning and it was delivered Thursday – we pride ourselves on a very fast turnaround. Hi Liam As per my email reply on 16th March apologies I missed your original email -human error on my part ARGGHH !! I am pleased that we were able to rectify the wrong delivery by the courier company, we sent you a replacement order out and have disputed with the courier comaony the delivery of the original order they said they made on 8th March. Just to reassure customers most orders received by 4-30pm go out the same day, anything later than this go out the following morning. The courier option ( incl free delivery ) get collected around 10am so any courier / free delivery orders placed after 10am go out the next day.
