“The party went well, however FC (who was friendly and punctual) started to wrap up half an hour earlier than we had planned. Luckily I overheard him telling the kids that they had a minute left and was able to step in to remind him that we had paid for an additional 30 minutes. He made a quick call and allowed the party to continue for the additional time.”

“Kids loved it! Good range of games. Host was really helpful and engaging. Magazines and sweets made for easy take home treats. They all enjoyed the VR sets too. Would definitely recommend!”

“The host was great with the kids. When he turned up I wasn’t sure what to expect as he arrived in a small hatchback and I asked where is the van and he said all the set up was in his car. By the time he set everything up I was amazed. Everything went up quick and all the items that came out of the car was unbelievable. Great experience and I will surely recommend.”

“The set up was quick and hassle free. They had good connectivity and the support was great. One slight improvement could be if you could actually add something to make the bday boy feel special. There was a different chair but it did not feel as special... The beanbags were too low.”

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. Making the birthday child feel special is important to us. At the moment we make sure to give them extra attention during the party, give them a "World's Greatest Gamer" T-shirt with their name on it, give them an awesome gaming chair, and run a special gaming challenge based around their favourite game. Please let us know if you have any suggestions on what else we could add. We're always looking for ways to improve our parties!

“Overall the pop up arcade was great. Kids enjoyed themselves. Setup took longer and kids were waiting around. The creeper and among us suits were meant to be set up so kids could greet their friends but they weren’t brought out until the end. This delayed the cake cutting and the food and parents were leaving with their children with takeaway boxes. I just felt it was very delayed. The tent was dirty on the floor and smelled very very musty. Really need to wipe it down with antibacterial spray and clean it properly. Not great for asthma sufferers”

“Booked it for my daughter's 8th bday. It was amazing. All the her 16 friends who came in, loved it. The host was a calm person who knows to manage the kids. Also it was well organised that even the pick and mix had vegan and halal options so no kids go disappointed. That was much appreciated thought. Thanks for making it special.”

“Our Pop Up Arcade Party was great. Although I wouldn’t recommend booking the tent option in the winter!!!! We had to quickly change plans and luckily I had enough space for the party to go ahead. Host was great and my 11 year old and friends loved it.”

“We booked Pop Up Arcade for our son's 9th birthday and he had a blast! We hired the pop tent too and this worked really well with a set up in our garden. Our host was knowledgeable about the games and helped out the kids as they needed. Only dropping 1 star as there were a couple of bits of equipment that didn't work but we didn't really notice as they used other bits instead.”

“The kids had a great fun. Chris set up the tent without asking for anything more than an electric socket which was helpful on such a busy day. There were some popular games which were only available on a few PCs and some of the kids had to wait. Also, the tent was a bit small for 20 kids (that had something to do with the size of my garden) and it felt too crammed inside. However, overall it was brilliant and most importantly, the kids enjoyed the party.”

“Party itself was great, host was really lovely also. One thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was that the host once at the venue was offering multiple extra items, gaming time, for extra cost. It threw me as I didn’t know this would happen, and my kids were listening and excited for the extra items that we sadly had to decline in front of them.”

“I found pop up arcade via google search and having read the reviews decided to go for it for my son's 10th birthday. It was a hit!! All the kids had so much fun. I have had comments like 'it was the best party ever!'. The party host was amazing and very professional”
