While the setup was fast and the guy in charge was friendly, there were some significant issues that affected the overall experience. When I asked if he could set up Fortnite for the kids, he mentioned having 2 screens and 4 controllers available for that particular game. However, only 1 screen and a single controller ended up working. This was a huge letdown for the kids as they started taking turns to play, one person at a time, while others were playing FIFA and Minecraft. Despite the guy's attempts to fix the problem, it was not resolved. It was mentioned that some updates were needed, which should have been taken care of before the party. Additionally, some controllers for other games also didn't work, adding to the frustration. The Light Up X-Rocker Gaming Seat was not working or set up properly. About 15 minutes before the party was supposed to end, the kids lost interest. The VR experience mentioned on the website was not provided, although we did not inquire about it specifically. On a positive note, the sweets and magazines arrived on time, and the setup was quick. Based on my experience, I would not recommend. However, I can imagine that if the tech side of things was flawless and the guy in charge engaged more with the kids, it could have been a fantastic party. I would suggest ensuring better preparation and customer engagement for future events to enhance the overall experience.

Hello, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. We do extensive maintenance on our kits each week, and our hosts each take personal responsibility for their equipment. We are very careful about who we hire and provide extensive training to all our hosts. Sadly, your host on the day wasn't up to the standards we require of our people and left the company. We ask parents to trust us to help them create wonderful memories for their children. This isn't something we take lightly, and I'm deeply sorry we let you down. We'll reach out to you directly to see what we can do to make this right for you and your son.

Was ok. Was disappointed for the money I paid. The equipment hadn’t been updated so we had to sit and wait for it all to be updated before Being able to use it. The screens were so dusty, he had nothing with him to use to clean anything so kept asking for cleaning products. The cushions and beanbags were filthy! They Definitley should’ve been washed. The gaming chair had a dodgy connection so the wire was constantly not making the chair light up which was very disappointing. Won’t be booking again.

Hi Mellissa, Thank you for your feedback. After talking to your host from the party, I think I know what's happened. You booked our smallest package for 5 kids but had quite a few more kids on the day, which we understand can happen. To accommodate the extra guests Nick set up a bunch of equipment (at no extra cost) that he wasn't expecting to use on the day. From the set-up photos, I can see that the equipment for the package you ordered is all working and in good condition but admittedly, the extra equipment (including the gaming chair) hadn't been checked or updated and some of the beanbags were a little dirty from an earlier party that day. We were aware of these issues but knew we had enough good equipment for the package you'd ordered so we didn't think it would affect your party. Nick was so focused on making sure everyone had something to play that he didn't take the time to explain the condition of the extra equipment and give you the choice to stick with just the equipment you ordered despite the extra kids. I'm very sorry that the party didn't live up to our normal high standards we should have done a much better job of communicating on the day and given you the option of sticking with just the original equipment instead of just assuming you would want the extra equipment set up.

The pop up tent was great, but the experience would have been better if George engaged with the kids that were playing inside the tent. George came early to set up, however after setting up the kids, he sat outside the tent on his phone looking bored, and the kids would come out and play inside and pop back in. Not quite the experience I was hoping for.

Hi Stella, Thank you so much for the feedback and we're really sorry we didn't quite live up to our standards on the day. George is normally a fantastic host (you can see many great reviews for him posted here), unfortunately, your party happened to fall on the hottest day of the year and the heat had gotten to him while setting up the equipment. We encourage our hosts to bring plenty of water and pace themselves in hot weather but this being his first summer with us, I think he underestimated the heat. On reflection, he should have made you aware of his condition but he didn't want to make a fuss and detract from the party. I believe he did recover towards the 2nd half of the party but we still should have done a better job of communicating with you on the day.

We received a really disappointing service on this occasion. Your member of staff turned up 15 minutes late, which meant the party started late. No phone call was received and I had to chase the main office for an update. While the member of staff did keep the party going for the full time booked, it was difficult to entertain 15 children who wanted to get started. In addition, the member of staff was told this was going to be a Fortnite party. This was not booked, as all the children attending were below the minimum age for playing this game. Thankfully I caught the issue in time. I'm afraid it all felt a bit last minute, disorganised and there were clear communication issues. This was all the more noticeable, as last year we received an outstanding service.

Well the monitor were not enough for the number of kids. They had to wait ....and make turns....I did not know...about this think... We spoke about the party through the phone more than two times...and There were not heights to support in a windy day. The tent .it was even dirty inside. I am not happy And wont recommend to anyone. Sorry
