“My son had a fabulous 11th party with Pop Up Arcade - one of their first full VR parties. Efficient set up, smooth communications. Only disappointing element was that I had requested a specific game and was told they had it, but they did not. However, the host was extremely flexible and let my son have a go on his own personal one.Thank you for this. Would highly recommend and will use again.”

“BEST PARTY EVER was all my son and his friends could say. It was such an awful day (9 Jan - torrential rain) and I thought it would put a dampner on the day but not at all. Set up was easy, Emma arrived about an hour before the party started and just cracked on whilst I prepped snacks etc. The first 5 mins is chaos selecting the games etc, but after this Emma had my son and 16 friends all under control. Emma was knowledgable and fair in terms of how long each child got on each game. The driving seats/ game at one end of the tent was a massive hit. Lots of people have been asking for the details. Do it, you won't be disappointed.”

“What a fantastic set up! Emma arrived and seamlessly transformed my tv room into a gaming arcade. 20 kids were entertained for 2 hours under complete control! The adults didn’t see a child for the entire time! Thank you Emma & PopUp Arcade.”

“Turned up on time. Kris was extremely professional from the minute he arrived, Even though he was battling the elements. All the kids loved him and nothing seemed to much trouble. He explained everything so everyone knew what was happening and communicated well with the parents. The set up it self was quick and easy, which the host did himself. Would highly recommend”

“Best party ever! The company's service standards are great. I sent a couple of emails following my booking and got answers within the hour. James was great on the day of the party, he was patient and kind with the children. Everything was set up on time. Kids and adults loved the whole concept. It was a stress-free event. Will defo book again in the years to come and recommend Pop Up Arcade. Thank you.”

“My rating for Mitch is 20 out of 10. A complete professional and very personable. I gave him an empty cold room and within 20 minutes; he turned it into a warm, cozy and fun games room. He made the children feel at ease, he made them behave without them realizing he was telling them to. He is an asset to your company. His approach needs to become standard company procedure. Will definitely call for your services again and ask for him specifically.”

“This was my first ever experience booking any kind of activity for my daughters birthday, and I must say it was the best choice I made. Not only was it a hit with all the children, but Louis was amazing, the customer service was great before and during the event. Communication did not lack and the experience was just perfect this kids are still talking about it. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s 10th birthday a day to remember. I just wish I had the opportunity it’s to take more pictures but next time for sure”

“My 10 year old son and his friends enjoyed the party so much. Was worried about the freezing cold weather and the boys outside in a tent, I needn't have. There were nice and cosy. I honestly couldn't recommend enough, easiest party I've hosted, didn't see them.”

“Fantastic gaming party for my 8 year old son. Set up and dismantle was smooth and efficient. Ben our host was fantastic with some very over excited 7 and 8 year olds. The whole party was very well managed from start to finish and the kids had a fantastic experience. Would throughly recommend this party.”

“Jordan was great and was able to accommodate 15 children in my lounge rather than the tent I'd booked(it was icy and snowy) Gaming chairs were added as a bonus instead of the tent. Kids all loved it and he was very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. Daughter had a great time with her friends. Thank you”
