“One of the best birthday parties my boys had. Nearly 30 children got entertained without any issues. Big thanks to everyone at pop up arcade expecially James who did a wonderful job with the kids.. they cannot wait till next year to do it again. Regards Shan”

“We were looking for a fun, easy solution for our son's birthday party and Pop Up Arcade filled that brief perfectly. From booking, to the actual party itself, the process was seamless with excellent communication from the team. The person hosting the party for us was friendly, knowledgeable and did everything they could to make sure our son and his friends had a great time. Also, was great value for money - would highly recommend!”

“Booking was straight forward and the host arrived in good time on the day to set up. The children absolutely loved being in the tent and we didn’t see any of them for the full 1 1/2 hours! Would recommend!”

“Pop up Arcade was a brilliant set up for our birthday party for our son’s 7th birthday. We had 2 tents for 24 kids and everyone had a great time. Chris and Chris were great also.”

“Overall the pop up arcade was great. Kids enjoyed themselves. Setup took longer and kids were waiting around. The creeper and among us suits were meant to be set up so kids could greet their friends but they weren’t brought out until the end. This delayed the cake cutting and the food and parents were leaving with their children with takeaway boxes. I just felt it was very delayed. The tent was dirty on the floor and smelled very very musty. Really need to wipe it down with antibacterial spray and clean it properly. Not great for asthma sufferers”

“The party host was brilliant and ensured my son and his friends had a great time. He was on hand at all points to make sure the children knew what to do and helped them with any questions they had about the games. My only criticism is that I think the main office could have been helpful and more easy to contact - I had some queries immediately before the party and no one responded to my phone calls and emails. But in terms of the party host and the actual party it was great.”

“I cannot recommend Pop up Arcade enough! From the booking process to the experience on the day, it was, easy, adaptable and enjoyed by everyone at the party. I went for the outdoor all-weather tent and the car racing. On reflection the addition of that might have made the tent a little small but we never had 20 in at the same time so it worked out fine. Booking on line was easy, payment options flexible as the link to pay is sent to you and can be accessed mutliple times, though payment is not due until after the event. This allowed me to make smaller payments up until the day after the event. I made several changes to number between booking and the event and the team helped with patience each time. The 10/10 for booking process and flexibility. The offer is way more than just the gaming. The T-shirt for the birthday child is such a nice touch, and my son loved his personalised T-shirt and wore it on the day. So one less thing for me to think about. They sent sweets with bags so you can set up a sweet station (Halal and Vegan available and it would be good to ensure these are marked on the packet) and a magazine which made a great party favour. It was great to have that aspect of the party - outfit for birthday boy, sweets and favours all managed for me. So again 10/10 in supporting party planning. On the day I cannot praise Mike enough. The party had a real mix of age ranges from the Birthday boys four year old brother to a 14 year old and all ages in between (not to mention some of the adults wanted to check out the tent). Mike managed this really well, everyone had age appropriate activities and he even did well to include those grown-ups not using the tent with a fun VR experience. It felt as if everyone was invovled in the party which went beyond what I had expected and that is a credit to Mike. The additional dress up outfits were also really fun and the birthday boy and others loved to dress up in them. 10/10 for the experience on the day. I really recommend this experience. Thank you for a memorable 10th Birthday party for my boy.”

Good communication from the company throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had very quickly. I would definitely recommend this. Thank you, everyone had so much fun”
